After a human resources and compensation career spanning over a decade, Oechslin co-founded Prompt Inc. in 1987. Relying on her extensive inside understanding of HR and comp, Prompt Inc. has provided cutting-edge HRIS and compensation software solutions for 30 years to tame even the most complex and challenging compensation cycles. During her tenure as President of Prompt Inc., Oechslin has consulted with clients ranging from small, privately-held firms to public, global corporations. Oechslin holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Maryland.
